Got the same valves here,at first they were ok, but now two have been giving me grief,same problem as you,on two radiators,tried balancing system again,got them new & free off Freecycle,regret fitting them now.Show below is a table showing popular TRVs and the availability of repair tools as well as compatibility with the IMI tool. Brand Always found them a terrible valve. Probably though one of the best looking TRVs and also oil filled sensor and at a high cost, so people think they are the best.

I am honestly not sure if worth the extra money for expensive electronic TRV heads, because there are some features of the cheap heads like window open detect and warning if pin is either not opening fully or not closing fully which are not on the more expensive model, also being able to set eco and comfort so just press one button on starting to use room, well two buttons one to turn to comfort other to work boost 80% open on valve.This product will help to lower the energy use in your home, and supports sustainable living through better use of resources I also remembered I dislike them because the body only allows the pipe and 15mm tail to go into it a very short distance, which means no adjustment possible to suit pipes and not compatible with straight swaps with other brands bodies to original nuts and olives. We like this product because it was very easy to fit. There is a YouTube video that explains how to do it. It is smaller than the previous one and fits into a small space and we are able to regulate heat efficiently.
